At RHC a core part of our ethos has been to establish longstanding business relationships with like minded organisations. Since inception this approach has enable us to secure solid development partnerships with the following niche companies each specialising in different aspects of the property sector:

Problem Site Problem Solved


Working closely with investors RHC assisted in the formation and management of a land, planning and remediation business under the brand of Dovetail.

This successful collaboration enabled the practice to put its skills to best use by sourcing brownfield sites for the new company and taking these through the planning system for residential endusers to develop.

Our expertise in de risking these often technically challenging opportunities were constantly called upon resulting in our solution driven attitude being commercially appreciated by developers and housing associations alike acquiring such sites. Much of the specialist remediation measures and earthworks management were strategised in house and procured on site through to regulatory sign off. Changing City Skylines Creating Communities


In 2015 a dynamic partnership was forged with Silverlane Developments a successful property company active in Manchester and the Midlands. Silverlane specialise mainly in sourcing high density city centre sites, obtaining planning and negotiating s106 agreements with a view to trading their consented opportunities to select target clients. 

RHC continue to work closely with the Silverlane team maximising land sale returns through the specialist services we offer. We are presently adding value where it counts to Silverlane's latest residential tower development in Eccles having also been successfully involved in their housing development in Walsall with lots of complexities. These schemes can be seen on our projects page together with a number of other high rise ventures we have collaboratively worked on with the company in major city locations. 

We are privileged to be working with the Silverlane team as this has enable us to contribute to the regeneration of wasteland inner city areas by breathing life back into these communities with entry level residences plus new retail and commercial spaces.  


Delivering Much Needed Housing


RHC expanded its operational area in 2016 by working collaboratively with a lead housing developer located in SE1 London. The business known as V10 provides a continued supply of land opportunities to South East and London based Housing Associations which are de risked in full for acquisition purposes. 

Here our extensive experience in pre construction know how assists V10 in providing cost certainty to its clients for the delivery of the works for these target development sites. We do so by working forensically with select contractors examining risks and providing the answers to ensure a Gross Maximum Price is achieved.This innovative land led package deal business model has enable a number of Housing Associations to meet their development programmes in core London boroughs and the Home Counties.
